Warranty policy
General provisions of the guarantee:
- All electronic products sold on the MERAKCHOICE trading platform and their accessories are guaranteed for two years (manufacturer warranty)
- The warranty services provided by the seller are not the responsibility of MERAKCHOICE. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair duration and/or repair quality, and the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly in the event of any complaint or inquiry for a required service.
- To benefit from warranty services, please ensure that you have the original invoice for the product in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (bring the warranty card for the device if available).
- The repair period takes a maximum of 15 working days for faults covered by the warranty.
- The warranty includes the basic product, attached parts, and its maintenance.
- The shelf life cycle may vary for each product and the customer can review the product manual or contact the authorized dealer for more details.
- We apply the policy of some service centers that may ask you to pay a sum of money for products that are classified as out of warranty and you have refused the repair price.
- The warranty does not include damage resulting from accidents, misuse or misuse, liquid spills, or other external causes.
Receipt and delivery policy to ensure:
- The warranty does not include delivery costs.
- The customer can contact the warranty service providers directly to follow up on the status of the product or submit claims to the warranty service provider directly. All information will be provided to the service providers through representatives of the warranty department at MERAKCHOICE.
- The free pickup and delivery service is not considered part of the repair time for the product.
- The usage value is calculated at 5% of the product value at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase, so that the value does not exceed 80% of the product value.
- There is no cash back. Any amounts are calculated and returned to the customer’s wallet that can be requested at any time.
